Fava began learning barbering as a teenager while spending time with her uncle in Italy. She continued developing her skills through practical training and went on to build a career spanning approximately 30 years in barbering and hairstyling.
Today, Fava is based at the Straight 8 Vernon location, where she serves clients, mentors developing barbers and helps maintain consistent standards for consultations, haircutting, fading, beard grooming and customer care.
