What we’re looking for

You have:

A valid Barber or Cosmetology license
1+ year behind-the-chair experience (preferred)
Availability that includes evenings and weekends

You can:

Deliver consistently high-quality cuts and grooming
Keep a calm, professional vibe—no drama, no ego
Show up on time, communicate well, and take pride in your work
Maintain cleanliness and help the shop stay sharp and organized
Work as part of a team and treat everyone with respect
Recommend products honestly when it benefits the client
