Booking Policy
Appointments & Cancellations We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions at our discretion.
Late Arrivals If you’re running late, please call your location as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduled appointment depending on the day’s schedule. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but out of respect for clients booked after you, we may not be able to perform the full service.
Walk-Ins Walk-ins are welcome at all Straight 8 locations in Kamloops and Vernon. We recommend booking ahead during peak times — Fridays, Saturdays, and evenings — to avoid a wait.
Redo Policy Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re unhappy with your cut, contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right at no charge. We ask that you return to the same location so your barber can address it directly. Redos are not available for services that were performed as requested but later changed in preference.
Pricing Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, service complexity, or additional requests. Final pricing will always be confirmed before your service begins.
